The killing of the Benue State Chairman of the Miyetti Allah Cattle Breeders Association of Nigeria (MACBAN), Alhaji Ardo Risku Mohammed, and his associate, Yakubu Isa, has sparked outrage and renewed concerns over security and peacebuilding efforts in the state.
According to reports, the victims were ambushed and killed on Friday while returning from a peace and security meeting convened by security authorities in Ohimini Local Government Area of Benue State.
