Beauty entrepreneur and reality TV star Adeola “Diadem” Adeyemi has called out her former friend and colleague, Dabota Lawson, over what she described as an alleged smear campaign where she made the claims in a series of posts on Instagram on Friday, August 14, 2026.
Diadem alleged that Lawson had shared private details about their fallout with bloggers. She claimed some blogs then published stories that portrayed her in a bad light.
Diadem also expressed anger over the publication of her daughter’s pictures during the dispute, saying that seeing her daughter’s face on a blog left her feeling like a “failed parent.” The beauty entrepreneur said the situation had become painful because it involved her family.

She also said she had spent years building her brand and business, according to her, she would not allow the controversy to damage what she had built.
