According to the NCAA, this confirms that the platform is stable, secure, and ready to support regulatory licensing functions.

The development marks a significant step in improving efficiency, transparency, and service delivery in Nigeria’s aviation sector.

The Authority said stakeholder operationalisation sessions will commence after the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) ICVM activities.

These sessions are expected to provide industry participants with structured guidance on engaging with the NCAA under the new system.

They will include procedural walkthroughs, compliance clarification, and support channels.

The NCAA noted that the rollout aligns with international best practices.

It also ensures harmonisation with ICAO standards and Nigeria Civil Aviation Regulations (Nig. CAR 2023).

The Authority reaffirmed its commitment to strengthening institutional capacity and advancing digital transformation in the aviation sector.

It also appreciated stakeholders and internal teams for their contributions to the successful readiness process.
