Pep Guardiola set to leave Manchester City

Pep Guardiola is expected to end his Manchester City tenure this weekend. Multiple reports say he will step down after the final game.

Guardiola, 55, has managed City since 2016. He has won six Premier League titles. He also guided the club to their first Champions League trophy. In total, he has won 20 trophies.

City can still finish the season with one more title. They must beat Bournemouth and Aston Villa. Arsenal also need to drop points against Crystal Palace on the final day.

The Daily Mail and The Athletic report that Guardiola will leave after the Villa match at the Etihad Stadium. Manchester City have not confirmed the reports.

The club has planned a trophy parade in Manchester on Monday. It will celebrate the League Cup and FA Cup wins. The event could also become a farewell for Guardiola.

Former Chelsea boss Enzo Maresca is linked with the job. He previously worked with Guardiola at City. He is seen as a possible replacement next season.
