The Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) will unveil its Digital Membership Register on Monday, March 16, 2026, as part of efforts to modernise party administration and expand participation.
The unveiling will be led by the party’s National Leader, Henry Serial Dickson, alongside the National Chairman, Moses Cleopas.
According to Dickson, the digital register is designed to provide a simple and user-friendly platform for Nigerians to register as members of the party.

The system includes two separate portals. One portal is for Nigerians residing within the country, while the second is dedicated to Nigerians living in the diaspora.
Existing members of the party have been advised not to register again. Their previous membership records will be migrated into the new digital system.
The NDC stated that it will rely on membership dues, levies and voluntary donations to support party activities.
Dickson said the party is committed to building a transparent and people-driven political movement, noting that it is not funded by the government.
Although registration on the platform is free, the party encouraged members to support its activities through donations and membership contributions.
In line with provisions of the Electoral Act, the digital portal will require applicants to provide specific personal information.
Dickson said the completed digital membership register will be compiled and submitted to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) within the timeframe required by law.
He also called on Nigerians who believe in democratic values and transparency to join the party by registering in their respective wards.
