Ogbodo said the decision came from her belief that people can change things they do not like about themselves.

The actress added that she loves herself and her natural features, however, she said she also believes people can improve areas of their appearance they are not happy with.

According to Ogbodo, the procedures aimed to lift her face, restore volume and smooth out facial lines. She said the treatment gave her a fresh and well rested appearance without surgery, “So yes, I went for my facial rejuvenation,” she said while celebrating the result.

The actress also encouraged women who want cosmetic procedures to make safety a priority, she urged people to work with the right professionals when considering aesthetic treatments.

Her comments come as more celebrities openly discuss cosmetic procedures and facial enhancements.

Dermal fillers are injectable treatments used to restore or add volume to areas of the face. PDO threads, meanwhile, are placed under the skin to create a lifting effect, they can also stimulate collagen production.

These treatments do not involve the large incisions associated with traditional facelift surgery, however, cosmetic procedures can still carry risks. People considering them should seek advice from qualified medical professionals.

Ogbodo’s latest transformation has sparked reactions online. The actress has continued to share aspects of her personal life and beauty journey with her followers.
