The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) arrested a Lagos-based businessman carrying 95 wraps of cocaine at Kano airport.
Nwabueze Nicholas Izueke, 62, attempted to fly to China with 1.589 kilograms of cocaine hidden in his stomach.
During excretion observation, he expelled all 95 pellets in seven sessions. He claimed the trafficking aimed to fund his country home.

Meanwhile, NDLEA intercepted methamphetamine concealed in Mp3 speakers during a foiled smuggling attempt from Enugu to Abuja and Kaduna on 6 February.
Operatives also raided a facility in Ibadan, arresting kingpin Jimoh Nurudeen and seizing synthetic cannabis, precursor chemicals, cash, and two vehicles.
In Taraba, a suspect hid meth in yogurt packs, totaling 1.8 kilograms. NDLEA apprehended him at Dan-anacha patrol point on 6 February.
Other seizures include 627.7 kilograms of skunk in Kubwa, 203 kilograms in Imo, 420 kilograms in Ondo, and multiple cocaine wraps at Badagry.
NDLEA officers arrested several suspects in Lagos, Enugu, Kwara, Oyo, and Adamawa, recovering tramadol, pentazocine, Colorado, Canadian Loud, and molly.
Chairman/CEO Brig. Gen. Mohamed Buba Marwa (Rtd) commended officers nationwide, urging them to maintain professionalism in both supply and demand reduction activities.
The agency continued War Against Drug Abuse (WADA) sensitization in schools, worship centres, and communities across Nigeria, promoting awareness and prevention of drug abuse.
