The Corporate Affairs Commission has announced a new payment option to improve service delivery, stating that customers can now make payments directly on its portal through ReVOps on the Intelligent Company Registration Portal (iCRP), a move aimed at simplifying business-related filings
According to the Commission, the update covers several services for business names, including annual returns filing, change of principal place of business, cessation of business, and change of name, among others, all of which can now be processed with more ease on the platform
Other services available under the new system include change of business objects, update of proprietor or partner details, correction of information, and access to certified true copies or extracts, while users can also download documents such as status reports and letters of good standing directly from the portal
The Commission explained that the initiative is part of its broader effort to enhance efficiency, reduce delays, and provide a more user-friendly experience for customers, especially business owners and entrepreneurs who rely on timely processing of filings
It added that the integration of seamless payment options reflects its commitment to digital transformation and improved public service, ensuring that users can complete transactions faster and with greater convenience
The Commission reaffirmed its dedication to innovation and customer satisfaction, thanking stakeholders for their continued trust while pledging to further improve its services going forward.
