What was supposed to be a routine meeting turned into a life-changing moment for Slimcase. The street-hop star arrived at what he believed was a normal meet-up, only to walk out of a gated compound to find a brand new SUV waiting for him.
The surprise left the artist visibly emotional, celebrating with shock, laughter, and excitement.
A video capturing the moment quickly went viral on social media, showing Slimcase jumping and shouting as he realised the scale of the reward, a moment many emerging Nigerian creatives aspire to experience.
According to D’Banj, the gift goes beyond a celebrity gesture, the music star described Slimcase as one of the earliest believers in the C.R.E.A.M platform, supporting it when it was still developing.
