Leadway Group Pledges Support for NAPTIP’s Anti-Human Trafficking Campaign

The Director General of the National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons (NAPTIP), Binta Adamu Bello, OON, on Tuesday received a delegation from Leadway Group led by the Regional Director, Mr. Olufemi Awodimibola, during a courtesy visit to the Agency’s headquarters in Abuja.

Mr. Awodimibola commended the NAPTIP DG and management for their proactive efforts in rescuing victims, arresting and prosecuting offenders, and raising national awareness to reduce the vulnerability of Nigerians to human trafficking.

Highlighting the company’s range of services, including pension management, the Regional Director expressed Leadway Group’s commitment to supporting NAPTIP’s fight against human trafficking across the country.

In her response, Binta Adamu Bello appreciated the gesture and assured the visiting team of the Agency’s readiness to strengthen collaboration with the private sector in advancing the national campaign against trafficking in persons.

Leadway Assurance Company Limited reaffirmed its resolve to partner with NAPTIP in sustaining awareness and preventive initiatives aimed at ending human trafficking in Nigeria.
