NBF Backs Lagos Fight Night as “Chaos in the Ring 4”

The Nigeria Boxing Federation (NBF) has endorsed the upcoming “Chaos in the Ring 4” event. The fight night will hold on May 1 in Lagos at Balmoral Hall, Federal Palace Hotel, Victoria Island.

Balmoral Group Promotions and Amir Khan Promotions organized the event. It will feature both Nigerian and international boxers.

The fight card includes several key bouts. Michael McKinson will face Mohammed Sahnoun in a welterweight clash. Samuel Antwi will fight Paul Kamanga in the super welterweight division. Elvis Ahorgah will meet Joe Lawz in a super middleweight title fight.

Stephano Amos will also take on Raheem Animashaun in a super lightweight contest. Loren Japhet will battle Basit Adebayo for the WBO super lightweight title.

The event will also include a celebrity exhibition fight. Comedian Carter Efe will face singer Portable.

NBF Vice President, Hon. Omonlei Imadu, praised the organizers. He said they continue to invest in boxing development in Nigeria. He also highlighted support from the National Sports Commission.

The federation said the endorsement shows its commitment. It aims to promote quality boxing events and create more opportunities for Nigerian fighters.
