According to the party, terrorism in any part of Nigeria should concern all citizens and demand national unity.

The party noted that Maiduguri has experienced repeated security challenges over several years.

ADC said the attacks highlight the need for stronger attention to security across the country.

The party also expressed concern about what it described as leadership distraction during critical security challenges.

It criticised the administration of Bola Ahmed Tinubu, saying national security should receive greater attention.

The ADC urged authorities to focus on protecting citizens and addressing threats posed by terrorist groups.

The party said national leaders must prioritise security efforts and work toward preventing further attacks.

ADC added that unity and decisive leadership are necessary to confront terrorism and restore public confidence.
