The Kwankwasiyya Movement has expressed gratitude to supporters who voluntarily resigned their positions in solidarity with Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso.
It highlighted the sacrifices of former commissioners, advisers, assistants, and executives who prioritized principles over personal comfort and political privileges.
The movement noted that Senator Kwankwaso earlier advised some to reconsider resignations, reflecting appreciation for their contributions to governance and institution-building.

However, those who resigned maintained their decisions, citing personal convictions conflicting with the directives of the Gandujiyya-led Kano State government.
The movement also commended the Deputy Governor, lawmakers, and elected officials who resisted pressure and remained loyal to their constituents’ mandates.
Local government officials, including council secretaries, councillors, advisers, and assistants, were also praised for resigning in alignment with justice and grassroots accountability.
Kwankwasiyya emphasized that the movement is rooted in sacrifice, service, and the pursuit of good governance, not positions, privileges, or political convenience.
Members remaining in office for special assignments or transitional purposes were urged to maintain professionalism, civility, and restraint to avoid undermining the movement.
The movement assured supporters that it remains united and resilient, stating that no pressure or intimidation can derail a people-centered, principled movement.
