The MVP trophy was presented by the Emir of Katsina, HRH Dr. Abdulmumuni Kabir Usman, recognizing Marwan Bago’s impressive contribution in his first appearance.
Access Bank’s winning team featured polo legends Adolfo Cambiaso and Tomas Panelo, whose experience played a key role in securing victory.
Fifth Chukker fielded a star-studded lineup that included Tariq Albwardy, Bartolomé Castagnola, Juan Martín Nero and Edward J. Pakenham, but narrowly missed out on the title.
Dubai Verdadera, played by Tariq Albwardy, was named the Best Playing Pony after an exceptional display throughout the match.
In the Emir’s Cup, Malcomines edged Kangimi 7-6 in another exciting contest, with Murtala Laushi’s team lifting the trophy.
Despite Kangimi’s defeat, debutant Habib Buhari earned the Emir’s Cup Most Valuable Player award for his impressive performance.
