President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on Wednesday attended and addressed worshippers at the ongoing Ramadan Tafsir held at the mosque inside the Presidential Villa in Abuja.

The Tafsir, a special Ramadan lecture session, is part of the annual spiritual activities observed during the holy month at the seat of power.

Speaking during the gathering, the President emphasized the importance of Ramadan as a period of reflection, prayer, and renewed commitment to faith and national development.

He urged Muslims to use the holy month to pray for peace, stability, and progress in Nigeria, and to encourage unity among citizens regardless of differences.

The Tafsir programme, held at the Aso Rock Presidential Villa mosque, was attended by government officials, religious scholars, and members of the Muslim community.

Ramadan Tafsir sessions are traditionally used to teach lessons from the Qur’an and promote moral values, discipline, and peaceful coexistence.

The President’s presence highlights the significance his administration places on faith, unity, and spiritual guidance during the blessed month.
