Dr. Philip Agbese Urges Nigerians to Embrace Hope, Unity

The Deputy House Spokesman of the House of Representatives and Member representing Ado/Okpokwu/Ogbadibo (Enone) Federal Constituency, Dr. Philip Agbese, LL.B (UK), MBA (UK), LL.M (UK), has extended his heartfelt congratulations and warm Happy New Month wishes to Nigerians as the nation welcomes the month of July 2026, urging citizens to embrace the new month with renewed hope, unwavering faith, resilience, and a stronger commitment to national unity and development.

In a goodwill message issued through his Special Assistant, Hon. Ibrahim Sani, Dr. Agbese expressed profound gratitude to Almighty God for preserving the lives of Nigerians and granting the nation the privilege of witnessing the beginning of another month. He noted that every new month represents a fresh opportunity for reflection, renewed purpose, greater aspirations, and collective determination to build a stronger, safer, and more prosperous Nigeria.

According to the Deputy House Spokesman, despite the various challenges confronting the nation, Nigerians have continued to demonstrate exceptional courage, resilience, patriotism, and an enduring belief in the country’s democratic future. He commended citizens for their steadfastness and encouraged them not to lose hope, emphasizing that unity, peaceful coexistence, responsible citizenship, and collective sacrifice remain indispensable to national progress and sustainable development.

Dr. Agbese further reaffirmed the unwavering commitment of the House of Representatives, under the leadership of the Right Honourable Speaker, to advancing people-oriented legislation, effective oversight, and purposeful representation aimed at improving the lives and livelihoods of Nigerians. He stressed that the Green Chamber remains resolute in supporting policies and initiatives that promote economic growth, strengthen democratic governance, enhance national security, empower young people, and improve the overall well-being of citizens.

The federal lawmaker also reaffirmed his personal commitment to providing quality, inclusive, and responsive representation for the good people of Ado, Okpokwu, and Ogbadibo (Enone) Federal Constituency, assuring constituents that their welfare, aspirations, and development will continue to receive the highest priority through impactful legislation, strategic constituency projects, and sustained engagement with stakeholders across the constituency.

As Nigerians begin the month of July, Dr. Agbese prayed that Almighty God would bless every family with peace, divine protection, sound health, abundant favour, and greater opportunities. He urged citizens to remain law-abiding, continue supporting one another, and work collectively towards building a nation founded on justice, equity, peace, unity, and shared prosperity.
