Bola Ahmed Tinubu has pledged increased federal support to states across Nigeria to fast-track development, particularly in rural communities, as part of efforts to improve citizens’ living standards.

The President made the commitment during a working visit to Yola, the Adamawa State capital, where he commissioned several key projects and assessed ongoing development initiatives.

He emphasized that the Federal Government remains committed to partnering with state governments to deliver critical infrastructure that will stimulate economic growth and enhance social welfare.

President Tinubu commended the Adamawa State Government for its visible infrastructural progress, noting that such achievements align with the national agenda of inclusive development.

He assured that the Federal Government would continue to provide the necessary backing to ensure that states have the capacity and resources needed to implement projects that directly impact people’s lives.

The visit underscores the administration’s focus on strengthening cooperation between the federal and state governments to drive sustainable development and bridge the rural-urban divide nationwide.
