The Director-General of NITDA, Kashifu Inuwa Abdullahi, has pledged support for CAC’s artificial intelligence-driven transformation in Abuja.
He gave the assurance during the Corporate Affairs Commission’s 35th anniversary celebration held in the Federal Capital Territory.
Accordingly, Abdullahi commended the CAC for sustained growth, resilience, and strong institutional performance over three decades.

He noted that while many organisations stagnate after success, CAC has continued to grow and improve service delivery.
Meanwhile, he recalled early engagements with the Commission, praising the Registrar-General’s early focus on organisational transformation.
Furthermore, the NITDA boss stressed that digital progress now depends on deliberate integration of artificial intelligence across public sector operations.
He praised CAC’s leadership for prioritising AI adoption to modernise workflows and enhance efficiency.
Consequently, Abdullahi assured CAC of NITDA’s full support in deploying AI across registration and business management processes.
He said AI integration would simplify services for Nigerians while strengthening cybersecurity against hacking and fraud.
Finally, he disclosed that NITDA would ensure ethical, responsible AI deployment while equipping staff to stay ahead of fraudsters.
