Governor Dikko Umaru Radda has congratulated Ibrahim Kabiru Masari on his elevation to the position of Special Adviser on Political Affairs by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
In a statement issued by the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Ibrahim Kaula Mohammed, Radda described the appointment as recognition of Masari’s dedication and service to the ruling party and the country.
Radda praises Masari’s loyalty and competence
According to the governor, the appointment reflects President Tinubu’s confidence in Masari’s political experience and commitment.
“This promotion is a testament to Masari’s commitment and hard work. The President has shown that he values loyalty, competence and political acumen,” Radda said.
He added that Masari has consistently demonstrated those qualities in his political engagements.
Appointment seen as strategic
Radda noted that the appointment comes at a time when the country requires experienced political actors to support the administration’s agenda.
He described Masari as a dependable ally who understands Nigeria’s political landscape and can contribute meaningfully at the federal level.
The governor also expressed appreciation to President Tinubu for the recognition given to a son of Katsina State.
Radda said Masari’s new role would not only strengthen the federal government’s political coordination but also bring positive attention to Katsina State and the wider North-West region.
He expressed confidence that Masari would justify the trust placed in him and contribute to the success of the administration.
