Nigeria Commends China’s Cooperation at Beijing Seminar

Nigeria has commended China for its commitment to global industrial cooperation following its participation in a high-level seminar in Beijing.

The programme, organised by the Academy for International Business Officials (AIBO), focused on industrial cooperation and new industrialisation under the Global Development Initiative.

Speaking on behalf of the Nigerian delegation, Kimiebi Imomotimi Ebienfa described the seminar as intellectually enriching and transformative.

He commended the Chinese government and AIBO for providing a platform that enhanced capacity building, strategic learning, and international collaboration.

He also acknowledged the role of the Chinese Embassy in Abuja in facilitating Nigeria’s participation.

Participants were exposed to China’s industrial growth through lectures, expert sessions, and study visits.

These engagements provided insights into China’s industrial transformation and modernisation strategies.

The participation reflects Nigeria’s commitment to strengthening international partnerships in industrial development.

Officials noted that lessons from China’s experience could support Nigeria’s efforts to enhance its own industrial capacity and economic growth.
