Trump Bars Green Card Holders from SBA Loans

The administration of President Donald Trump has introduced a new rule barring green card holders from applying for loans through the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA).

Under the revised policy, eligibility for SBA-backed loans will now be limited strictly to businesses owned by U.S. citizens.

The change was outlined in an official SBA notice detailing updated loan qualification requirements.
