Troops Smash IPOB Stronghold in Anambra

Joint Task Force (JTF) troops destroyed the notorious “Mother Valley” IPOB/ESN headquarters in Anambra on February 26.

Despite heavy IED resistance, security forces neutralized one insurgent, arrested two, and dismantled the command center.

Troops recovered weapons, IED materials, and vehicles, effectively crippling the group’s operational capacity in the region.

A combined force of Army, Police, and NSCDC overran the base after a three hour advance through difficult terrain.

One insurgent killed several wounded two suspects (an IED planter and a spy) captured.

Pump action guns, IED gas cylinders, solar panels, and a Mikano generator.

All life support structures and “Supreme Headquarters” destroyed to prevent resettlement.

On Thursday, the JTF Operation UDO KA dismantled the IPOB/ESN “Supreme Headquarters” in Anambra’s Mother Valley.

Despite IED attacks, troops neutralized one member, seized a cache of weapons, and destroyed the command’s infrastructure. Two suspects were arrested as the military vowed to sustain “total domination” of the area.
