The Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has reaffirmed February 8, 2026, as the deadline for pilgrims’ data submission on the Nusuk Masar platform.
The ministry said the deadline covers pilgrims’ information capturing, grouping, and requirements necessary for Hajj visa issuance.
Officials confirmed that March 20, 2026, remains the final date for completing all Hajj visa processing.
The clarification came during a virtual meeting held on February 4, 2026, with all Hajj-participating countries.
The meeting, tagged Official Schedule of Operations, reviewed mandatory steps required before visa processing can commence.

Director of International Cooperation, Abdallah Awad Alshehri, said pilgrims’ grouping would only be approved after meeting all conditions.
He listed payment of consolidated guarantees and completion of Hadaya contracts on Nusuk Masar as compulsory requirements.
Pilgrims performing Hajj under Tumattu’i and Qiran categories must process sacrificial payments through the platform.
Only pilgrims choosing fasting instead of sacrifice are exempted from Hadaya payment.
Authorities also mandated clear identification of pilgrims under Ifrad, Tumattu’i, and Qiran categories on the portal.
The ministry further required countries to conclude medical service contracts with accredited Saudi-based providers.
Additionally, countries must secure backup accommodation in Makkah for one percent of their pilgrim quota.
Officials warned that pilgrims without captured passports by February 8 risk missing the 2026 Hajj.
Meanwhile, Saudi Arabia confirmed full enforcement of the BASA 50/50 airlift formula in 2027.
For 2026, the Kingdom approved a temporary 40/60 passenger-sharing concession.
Discussions also focused on reducing Umrah visa violations and overstays.
NAHCON requested stricter sanctions against tour operators linked to absconding pilgrims.
Authorities urged operators to ensure pilgrims comply with visa validity rules.
