Popular young entrepreneur and public figure, Saleem Goje, has called on young Nigerians to remain confident in their abilities and never lose hope despite life’s early struggles.

Speaking in an interview with The Fact Hausa Abuja, Goje reflected on his journey to success, describing the period before fame as one of the most difficult stages of his life. He recounted how he took on several small-scale ventures just to survive and grow.

According to him, he once worked as a yam vendor, a phone seller, and even a small-time car dealer popularly known as Dan sambo where he often made modest profits ranging between ₦10,000 and ₦20,000.

“Those moments were not easy, but they shaped who I am today. Every small effort counted,” he said.

Goje emphasized that lack of capital should never discourage young entrepreneurs from pursuing their dreams. Instead, he urged them to focus on developing strong ideas and maintaining consistency.

“It is not always about money. Ideas, determination, and steadfastness can take you to greater heights,” he added.

He further advised young people to uphold honesty and integrity in all their business dealings, noting that trust remains one of the most valuable assets in entrepreneurship.

Goje’s story serves as a reminder that success often begins with humble beginnings, and with perseverance and belief in oneself, greater achievements are possible.
