NOA Launches CLHEEAN App to Boost Citizen Engagement

The National Orientation Agency has launched the CLHEEAN Mobile App to improve citizen engagement.

The platform is designed to enhance communication between government and the public.

Director-General Lanre Issa-Onilu described the app as a major step in participatory governance.

He said the initiative aims to close the gap between citizens and government institutions.

The app provides access to civic education and real-time government information.

It also includes feedback channels to allow citizens report issues and share ideas.

Officials said the platform features an AI-powered voice and chat assistant.

The system supports major Nigerian languages including Hausa, Yoruba and Igbo.

The app also includes engagement tools such as forums, debates and quizzes.

NOA said the initiative aligns with the agenda of Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

The agency noted that the platform promotes transparency, accountability and inclusive governance.

Officials encouraged Nigerians to download the app and participate in national development.

The application is available on both iOS and Android devices.
