The Nigerian Meteorological Agency has predicted thunderstorms and rainfall in several parts of Nigeria on Tuesday.
The weather outlook covers the period from midnight to late evening on March 17 across northern, central and southern regions.
In northern states, sunny weather is expected during the morning hours across most parts of the region.
However, isolated thunderstorms may develop later in the day in parts of Taraba State.

Across central states, sunny skies with patches of clouds are expected during the morning period.
Thunderstorms accompanied by moderate rains may occur later across Kogi, Kwara, Benue and Plateau states.
Similar weather conditions are expected in the Federal Capital Territory during the afternoon and evening hours.
In southern states, cloudy skies with intervals of sunshine are expected during the morning period.
Isolated thunderstorms with light rainfall may occur in parts of Akwa Ibom and Cross River states.
Later in the day, thunderstorms with moderate rainfall may affect Lagos, Ogun, Ondo, Osun, Edo and Oyo states.
Other affected states may include Imo, Enugu, Abia, Anambra, Ebonyi, Bayelsa, Rivers, Akwa Ibom, Cross River and Delta.
NiMet advised residents to stay hydrated, wear light clothing and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
The agency also warned that strong winds may occur before thunderstorms in some locations.
Airline operators were advised to obtain airport-specific weather reports for proper planning and safe flight operations.
