The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) has carried out a successful air interdiction operation targeting terrorist logistics in Dabar Masara, a known terrorist enclave in the Southern Tumbuns area of Borno State.

The operation was executed by the Air Component of the Joint Task Force, Operation HADIN KAI, following credible intelligence indicating the presence of a terrorist workshop and sustained movement of armed elements within the area.

According to a statement issued by the Director of Public Relations and Information of the Nigerian Air Force, Air Commodore Ehimen Ejodame, the mission involved coordinated intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) activities combined with precision strike operations.

He said the air strikes were conducted after positive identification of the targets and in strict compliance with the Rules of Engagement.

Post-operation battle damage assessment confirmed the destruction of identified vehicles and the neutralisation of terrorist elements at the location.

The Nigerian Air Force said the operation reflects its continued commitment to intelligence-led and precision air operations aimed at degrading terrorist networks and supporting broader national security efforts in conflict-affected regions.
