Kwankwasiyya Movement Appoints New Spokesperson

The Kwankwasiyya Movement Nigeria has approved the appointment of Hon. Habib Saleh Mailemo as Spokesperson I and Capt. Mansur Umar Kurugu as Spokesperson II as part of efforts to strengthen its communication structure and public engagement strategy.

The announcement was contained in a statement signed by Dr. Yusuf Ibrahim Kofarmata on behalf of the Movement.

According to the statement, the appointments are aimed at consolidating the Movement’s political messaging and enhancing coordinated engagement with Nigerians amid evolving political developments.

Under the new arrangement, Hon. Habib Saleh Mailemo will serve as the official spokesperson responsible for communicating the Movement’s political positions, policy perspectives and strategic direction, while Capt. Mansur Umar Kurugu will support messaging coordination, rapid response communication and grassroots outreach.

The leadership of the Movement, led by Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, expressed confidence that the appointments will strengthen the public image of the Kwankwasiyya Movement and further promote its ideological values centred on social justice, equity and progressive leadership.

The Movement also informed members of the public and media organisations that all official statements and communications will henceforth be issued through the newly appointed spokespersons.

It reaffirmed its commitment to mass-oriented politics and the promotion of principled political engagement across the country.
