As the Super Eagles of Nigeria prepare to face Morocco in the semi-finals of the ongoing Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON), the Minister of Information and National Orientation, Mohammed Idris, has assured the team of the unwavering support of the Nigerian people.
In a statement issued on Tuesday, the Minister described the Super Eagles’ journey in the tournament as inspiring, noting that the team has consistently displayed discipline, courage, and belief match after match.
According to him, the performances so far have reminded Nigerians why the Super Eagles remain one of Africa’s most respected football teams.
