He disclosed that 67 NIALS staff have benefited from the Home Renovation Loan scheme.

Another 25 staff members are currently awaiting disbursement under the same programme.

Osidi also highlighted other products, including NHF mortgage loans and cooperative housing development loans.

He mentioned new initiatives such as the NHF Diaspora Mortgage Loan and non-interest mortgage financing options.

Prof. Abikan thanked FMBN for the partnership and pledged NIALS’ support through staff training and capacity development.

He welcomed cooperation to expand housing access using alternative and globally accepted financing models.

Both institutions agreed to deepen collaboration to improve staff welfare and strengthen Nigeria’s housing delivery system.
