The DSS also reiterated its earlier disclaimer regarding two dismissed officers, Barry Donald and Victor Onyedikachi Godwin, warning the public against dealing with them or any individuals posing as DSS personnel.

“The Service finds it necessary to warn citizens of the fraudulent activities of some of these persons still posing as DSS personnel,” the statement read.

Members of the public were further advised to avoid any official dealings with the affected individuals, emphasizing that they no longer represent the agency.
