EduTrace tracks instructional materials and digital devices supplied to schools nationwide.

It covers federal, state, and local government education institutions.

The system provides real-time visibility into procurement and distribution processes.

It also monitors storage, handover, and usage of government-funded education resources.

Each asset carries a digital identity using barcodes, QR codes, and RFID tags.

The platform also uses geotagging and mobile device management technologies.

Officials say EduTrace creates a single national database for education assets.

It strengthens planning, budgeting, and audit readiness in the education sector.

The system helps detect diversion, loss, and misuse of public resources.

Authorities believe the platform will restore confidence in education investments.

The Federal Ministry of Education pledged continued use of technology to protect public assets.

The initiative aims to improve service delivery and accountability nationwide.
